Refunds and cancellations

1Soft copies

A soft copy is delivered the moment your payment succeeds, so it can’t be cancelled, returned or refunded. If it won’t open, we will help you set it up or free up a device: WhatsApp +91 96198 22135.

2Test Series and mentorship

These can’t be cancelled or refunded once your order is placed and access has started. A mentorship free trial costs nothing and simply ends if you don’t continue.

3Video lectures

Lecture batches can’t be returned or refunded once the faculty has activated your access. Please watch the demo lectures and check the batch details before you buy. If activation fails for reasons on our or the faculty’s side, we refund you in full.

4Printed books

You can cancel a printed book order before it is dispatched: WhatsApp us your order number and we refund the book’s price.

If a book arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the book and the packaging. We send a replacement at no cost.

Books can’t be returned because you changed your mind once they are delivered.

5Payment problems

If you were charged twice, or money was taken but the order failed, we refund the extra amount to your original payment method. Refunds usually reach you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

6Offers and wallet points

When an order is refunded, any coupon discount is not refunded, and wallet points used on it are returned to your wallet. Referral rewards earned from a refunded order may be removed.
