Shipping and delivery

1Where we deliver

Printed books are delivered to addresses in India. We don’t ship outside India at the moment.

2How long it takes

When you enter your pincode, checkout shows the expected delivery dates before you pay. As a guide:

• Gujarat and Maharashtra: 3–4 working days.
• Pincodes our courier partner Delhivery serves: Delhivery’s estimate for your pincode.
• Other pincodes: 7–8 working days.

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Pre-order books ship when they are released, and the date is shown on the product page.

3Delivery charges

Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay, along with any offer that makes delivery free.

4Tracking

Once your parcel is picked up, we send the tracking number on WhatsApp and show it in your dashboard under Orders.

5Address and failed delivery

Please check your name, phone number, address and pincode before you pay. If the courier can’t deliver because the address is wrong or nobody is reachable after their attempts, the parcel comes back to us. We can send it again; the delivery charge for the second attempt is yours.

6Damaged or missing parcels

If the parcel looks damaged, please take a photo before opening it. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will sort it out, as set out in our Refunds and cancellations policy.

7Digital products

Soft copies are ready in your dashboard as soon as you pay. Test Series papers are in your dashboard. Mentorship starts on the date shown in your dashboard. Lecture access is activated by the faculty’s team, usually within 24 hours.
